Shipping

Free shipping on every order. We ship to addresses in the United States.

Made to order

Each piece is made after you order it. It takes about 3–7 business days to make, then about 10–15 days to reach you. Most orders arrive in 2–3 weeks. A few can take up to 4 weeks. Orders ship from our production partner outside the US.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link when your order ships.

Running late?

If your order won't ship by the time we told you, we'll email you a new date before then. You can wait, or cancel for a full refund to your original payment method.

Taxes

Sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout.

Wrong address?

Email info@roub.co within 24 hours of ordering and we'll fix it.

Lost or damaged?

Email info@roub.co with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it.
