AI try-on

How does the try-on work?

Open any piece and tap See it on me. Take a head-to-toe photo (lean your phone up, step back and we snap it for you) or upload one. The AI puts the piece on your photo in seconds, and you can switch colors or pair a top with bottoms.

Is the try-on exact?

It's an AI preview of how the piece looks on you: the color, the length and the overall shape. It can't measure your body, so use the size chart on each product page to pick your size.

What happens to my photo?

Photos you save stay on your device. To make a try-on, we send your photo to our AI partner, FASHN. FASHN deletes your photo within 24 hours, and the try-on picture it makes is deleted after 3 days. Neither is ever used to train AI. More in our privacy policy.

How do I get the best try-on?

Stand straight, face the camera, get your whole body in the photo from head to toe, and use good light. A plain, fitted outfit gives the cleanest result.

Sizing

How do I pick my size?

Every product page has a size chart in inches, measured with the garment lying flat. The easiest way to choose: lay a piece you already own and like flat, measure it the same way, and pick the size closest to it.

What do loose, boxy and oversized mean?

Each product page lists its fit. Regular follows your shape. Loose and relaxed give extra room. Boxy is wide and a little shorter. Oversized is roomy on purpose, with dropped shoulders. If you prefer a closer fit in a boxy or oversized piece, compare the chart with a shirt you own.

What if the size is wrong?

Exchanges are free. Swap for a different size or color within 30 days and we cover shipping both ways.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Free on every order. We ship to addresses in the United States.

When will my order arrive?

Every piece is made after you order it. It takes about 3 to 7 business days to make, then about 10 to 15 days to reach you. Most orders arrive in 2 to 3 weeks, and a few can take up to 4 weeks. We email you a tracking link when it ships.

What if my order is running late?

If it won't ship by the time we told you, we'll email you a new date before then. You can wait, or cancel for a full refund.

Can I cancel or change my address?

Email info@roub.co within 24 hours of ordering. After that your piece may already be in production.

Returns and exchanges

What's the return window?

30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

Are exchanges free?

Yes. We cover shipping both ways. Your new piece is made to order, so allow 2 to 3 weeks.

How do refunds work?

Send the item back within 30 days and we refund your original payment method within 5 business days of it arriving. Return shipping for refunds is paid by you. Any store credit you used goes back to your account.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

We'll make it right at no cost to you. Email info@roub.co with your order number and a photo.

How do I start a return?

Email info@roub.co with your order number and whether you'd like an exchange or a refund. We'll send you the return address and next steps. Full details are in our refund policy.

How does store credit work?

You get $5 in store credit when you join, and 5% of every order comes back as store credit when it ships. $1 of credit is $1 off. Credit expires 12 months after it's added.

How does the referral work?

Give a friend $10 off their first order, no minimum. You get $15 in store credit about 2 months after their order ships, if they keep it. See Dollars back for your code.
